Stress Management

Stress is an inevitable part of life. The goal of stress management is not to avoid stress. It's to get better at stress. In my stress management training sessions, I empower participants to build self-awareness and interact with stress in healthy and productive ways.

The ability to manage stress effectively does not hinder performance, initiative, or creativity. In fact, effective stress management enhances all these things.
