Presentations

I can deliver presentations on several topics. The duration of these presentations ranges from 30 to 60 minutes. Presentations include the sharing of information and insights. The examples and scenarios used throughout my presentations can be customized to suit your business or industry. While less interactive than workshops, presentations generally also include a small experiential component, where attendees will be invited to participate in a guided meditation practice.

The "Inner Calm" presentation series consists of the four presentations below.  You can opt to have me do all four, a few, or only one topic from this series. I can also work with you to develop a custom presentation, to meet your needs and goals.
