If you worry about the impact of your professional employees' hard work on their stress levels and well-being, look no further. I work with organizations to offer meditation, wellness, and stress management programming. My two decades of experience in corporate jobs and my 400+ hours of training in yoga and meditation have given me a unique perspective that allows me to offer a range of meditation and stress management services. This means that the sessions I create and deliver are relevant and helpful to participants. This is important because, if you're having them spend part of their busy day attending something like this, you want it to be worth their time.

It's easy to feel overcome by the pressures of work: deadlines, meetings, to do lists. This can make us feel removed from our sense of inner peace. In this session, we'll look at ways to reconnect to our inner sense of calm and stay grounded throughout the day.
Building Greater Self-Awareness
It may surprise you but meditation is one of the best ways to learn about ourselves. Sitting in silence gives us an opportunity to assess the thoughts and feelings that come up and allows us to go deeper to understand why. During this session, we'll explore how to cultivate self-awareness using several practical techniques.
Recurring Meditation Sessions
Provide your employees with a regular opportunity to re-centre and reconnect with their inner peace by offering recurring meditation sessions. The frequency and duration of these sessions can be adjusted to match your needs but will always include relatable meditation instruction and advice for remaining grounded even after the session has ended.
