Hello, 2024! Starting the New Year Mindfully Take part in this transformative workshop during which we'll welcome the new year with mindfulness. We’ll do away with the worn-out “New Year’s resolution” approach and discover the power of setting intentions to make 2024 a year of purpose and fulfillment. During this two-hour in-person AND online interactive workshop, I will help you bid farewell to 2023 and say hello to 2024 with gratitude, wisdom, and joy. I will share insights, lead you through simple breathing and visualization practices, and guide you through individual self-reflection questions. This session will be informative and relaxing! This is not a yoga class. It is a presentation-style workshop, hosted at a yoga centre. No prior meditation experience is necessary. This is a casual session during which I will share information and guide you through several self-reflection exercises. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Location: In person at Yogashala Wellness Centre at 937 Centre Road, in Waterdown, Ontario AND online via Zoom. Date: Sunday, January 14, 2024, from 2:00 to 4:00 pm. Cost: $45.00 per person + H.S.T.
