Thursday, January 5, 2023 7:00 to 8:30 pm ET $60.00 + HST = $67.80 Start the new year off on the right foot. During this thought-provoking, relevant, and practical workshop, we will examine mainstream approaches to beginning the new year and consider a more mindful and effective way to welcome 2023. This is an interactive workshop, including presentation, discussion, self-reflection, polls, and live meditation. You will be provided with a hand-out in advance of the workshop, which you will be invited to use during some of the in-session activities and as a follow-up to the workshop.

Cancelation Policy

We understand that life can be full of surprises! You may cancel your registration in a session up to 48 hours before that session is scheduled to take place. Notify us of your cancellation, by e-mailing stephanie@loraconcepts.com. If you cancel prior to 48 hours before the session was scheduled to take place, you will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within the 48-hour cancellation window or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the full amount paid for the service.
