Calm & Bright: Managing Holiday Stress
In-person & Online Workshop at Yogashala Wellness Centre
Service Description
Calm & Bright While the holidays are a time for celebration and togetherness, they can also be a source of significant stress. In this interactive workshop, participants will examine the main causes of holiday stress and explore steps for handling them. Participants will leave the workshop with powerful insights and techniques for navigating the holidays with greater calm and joy. Join us for a fun and interactive afternoon of discussion and mindful reflection where you will learn to transform pressure into personal growth and inner strength. During this two-and-a-half-hour in-person AND online interactive workshop, Stephanie will share insights, lead you through simple breathing and visualization practices, and guide you through individual self-reflection questions. You are asked to come prepared to engage in contemplation and introspection and to participate in group discussions. This session will be informative and relaxing! This is not a yoga class. It is a presentation-style workshop, hosted at a yoga centre. No prior meditation experience is necessary. This is a casual session during which I will share information and guide you through several self-reflection exercises.
