I am a member of a fabulous international group, called the Humane Marketing Circle. We’re putting on our first-ever expo, where many of the members are showcasing their work. This is a virtual event and it is free to attend any session in the expo. However, we will give you an opportunity to make a donation at the end of each session, which will go towards the Humane Marketing Circle’s members’ first-ever in-person meeting, in Sicily, next May. The workshop I am offering via this expo is called “Calm & Bright: Managing Holiday Stress”, and it is a fun, insightful, and interactive virtual workshop. WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION: While the holidays are a time for celebration and togetherness, they can also be a source of significant stress. From heightened emotions to financial strain, surplus responsibilities to family tension, many stressors converge during the holidays and can lessen our enjoyment of the season. Getting the most out of this time of year isn’t so much about removing these stressors as it is about learning how to interact with them in healthy and helpful ways. In this interactive presentation, we will review the main causes of holiday stress and explore steps for handling them. You will leave the session with powerful insights and techniques for navigating the holidays (and beyond) with greater calm and joy. However, at the end of each session, you will have a totally voluntary opportunity to make a donation, which will go towards funding the Humane Marketing Circle’s members’ first-ever in-person meeting, in Sicily, next May.
