Ten days until Christmas. Eeeeep!
If you’re like me, the holidays snuck up on you. I know that sounds ridiculous but it seemed like one day it was absolutely “not Christmas” and the next it was full-on “holy-sh!t-I’m-behind-on-all-the-Christmas-stuff”.
That’s a bit stressful… and that’s okay!
In my last newsletter, I talked about how it’s not just okay to be stressed during the holidays, it’s expected: There are a ton of stressors that converge during the holiday season... beyond the mere realization that it’s already that time of year again!
However, in that newsletter, I also talked about how stress does not mean you will not enjoy the holidays… UNLESS, of course, you try to ignore those stressors, or you don’t take control of getting back to feeling good when stress starts to get you down. Remember, adopting an attitude of “Well, the holidays are stressful, there’s nothing I can do about it, I’ll just have to suck it up until the stressful stuff is behind me” does not serve you.
It is okay to be stressed but you are empowered to get back to feeling good. You deserve to feel good and you owe it to yourself to try.
So, today, I want to give you some concrete guidance on HOW to navigate all those stressors and get back to feeling good!
Introducing my 2023 Calm & Bright Managing Holiday Stress eBook!
I got a bit fancy with this one, folks. I wrote an eBook! It’s pretty… and pretty awesome, if I do say so myself. :) It’s jam-packed with practical insights and techniques to help you make the most of this time of year.
I wrapped all that advice up in an acronym: “SPARKLE”.
Download my eBook now by clicking the button above. It will help with managing holiday stress and just might make this holiday season extra special for you.
Share this blog post with anyone you think would benefit from some tips on how to navigate the chaos of the holidays.
You’ll hear from me a couple of other times this year but, before many of you log out to spend time with family and friends, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support this year. When I launched my newsletter in April, I had this (annoying) voice in my head saying “You have nothing to say. No one will read it. This is not going to work.”
As it turns out, an awful lot of you DO read it and my email subscriber list has only grown since then.
So, thank you for reading my emails, for telling others about it, and for being here.
Happy holidays!
With gratitude,
Stephanie
