Crush It Without Crushing Yourself

Intended audience: Corporate professionals (especially high achievers)

High performance and well-being are often viewed as being mutually exclusive but in reality each can enhance the other. In this workshop, participants engage in practical exercises and self-discovery activities to uncover strategies that promote both professional excellence and personal well-being. They explore essential topics such as cultivating personal agency, enhancing self-awareness, fostering resilience, sharpening focus, and embracing authenticity.

New hires are especially susceptible to the many stressors that accompany roles in financial services. This workshop strives to set new banking hires up for success by equipping them with practical tools and insights to balance performance with well-being and start their careers off on the right foot.

Focusing on What Matters

Intended audience: Corporate professionals

In today's distraction-rich world, moments where we find ourselves focusing without expressly trying to do so are increasingly rare. In this workshop, participants learn and practice how to foster the conditions necessary to concentrate, including how to focus on value-added tasks, structure their workday to minimize distractions and maximize results, and stay present (even when they might not feel like it).

Calm & Bright

Intended audience: Anyone

While the holidays are a time for celebration and togetherness, they can also be a source of significant stress. In this workshop, participants review the main causes of holiday stress and explore steps for handling them. Participants will leave the workshop with powerful insights and techniques for navigating the holidays with greater calm and joy. This session is a great way to help teams kick off the holiday season and pairs beautifully with other festive activities.

Hello, New Year!
