Modern Office

I know what it's like.

I have a unique combination of training and experience that allows me to relate to people's challenges and offer practical advice for navigating them.

I have two decades of experience in high-pressure professional roles in areas including business development, credit underwriting, sales strategy, employee engagement, and adult learning.

I have enjoyed and benefited from each of these opportunities. However, I have also experienced the stressors that can accompany day-to-day life in these types of roles.

Throughout my professional career, I have applied concepts from meditation, mindfulness, and yoga philosophy in practical ways to my own life. I have been blown away time and again by how the concepts from these ancient traditions have improved many facets of my life in very pragmatic ways and I love to share these tips with others.

I established LORA Concepts Inc. to formalize what I have been doing for years: Helping others manage stress, build confidence, improve their concentration, and generally be their best.

I bring LORA Concepts Inc. to life through a down-to-earth and genuine approach. To do this, I draw not only on my experience in the corporate world, but also on years of personal yoga and meditation practice, 400+ hours of yoga and meditation training, 7+ years of yoga and meditation instruction, graduate business education, research, and life experiences.

LORA Concepts Inc. is an extension of who I am and what I have been doing for so much of my life.

I have been there.

The intense workload.

The thrill of closing the deal.

The pressure of presentations.

The stress of deadlines.

The frustration of red tape and shifting priorities.

Having too much to do and no idea where to start.

Believing so much in yourself in one moment and doubting everything in the next.

Having a job you enjoy but being overwhelmed.

Having a job you do not enjoy and not knowing how to cope.

The paradox of being confident and capable yet fearing failure.

I can help navigate the stress that often accompanies these situations.

I understand that, whenever an organization asks participants to attend a meeting or event, it must be worth their time. My content is immediately relatable and easily applicable and my delivery style is down-to-earth and engaging.

Expect professionalism and quality.

This is what you can expect when you work with me.

Discussion.

Our relationship begins with a discussion, to help me better understand your needs and goals and to help you better understand what I bring to the table.

Customization.

If customization is required, I will work with you to ensure that I have all the information necessary to adapt the content to ensure it is relevant to your audience.

Pricing.

Pricing is affected by multiple factors including but not limited to audience type and size, session duration,  delivery method, delivery timeline, customization requirements, and travel requirements.

Proposal.

Once I have enough information and if we both agree, I will prepare a proposal based on our discussion.

Delivery.

When I deliver the session, I will be punctual, professional, and relatable. Delivery of the session includes visual aids like slides and all applicable in-session materials like participant workbooks, activities, or surveys.

Follow-up.

After delivery of the session, I will share agreed-upon follow-up materials and survey results, if applicable. I will also look to you to provide feedback on the session.

Agreement.

If you agree to the proposal, we will finalize specifics (including delivery method, deliverables, timing, etc.) and execute a contract.

Deliverables.

Additional deliverables can include wording for the invitation, basic promotional material (for newsletters or social media posts, for instance),  introduction for session kick-off, in-session materials, wording for session follow-up note, post-session summary document for participants, and/or a feedback survey.
